Tour Overview

Day 1

Arrival in Kathmandu

Our representative will welcome you at Tribhuvan International Airport’s arrival hall after immigration and then transfer to your designated hotel. In the evening, the guide will brief you the program of yoga and wellness along with dinner at a Nepalese restaurant with culture show. Stay overnight at a hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 2

Yoga Class and Pathan City Tour

Early morning, we will attend mediation class conduct by Teacher and followed by yoga class at Bouddhanath stupa area / at Hotel premise. After Breakfast drive to Pashupatinath Temple, one of the most scared of all Hindu temples, dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is situated five kilometres east on the bank of the sacred Bagmati River, the temple with its two tiered golden roof and silver doors is famous for its superb architecture. Then drive to the ancient Patan City, also known as Lalitpur or the city of fine arts is about 10 miles southeast of Kathmandu. The city is full of Hindu temples and Buddhist monuments. The major tourist attraction of Patan is Durbar Square. It is situated in the heart of the city. The square is full of ancient palaces, temples and shrines noted for their exquisite carvings. The Patan Durbar consists of three main chowks or courtyards, the central Mul Chowk, Sundari Chowk and Keshav Chowk. We will visit singing bowl shop for Therapy. Then visit the Kumari of Patan City. Evening: walk through the old city and to Thamel. Stay overnight at a hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 3

Betini Farm

After breakfast drive to Betini in Rasuwa district (approx. 6-7 hrs drive). En route we will visit Nuwakot Durbar. Have lunch at Nuwakot Farm House. Then drive continuous to Betini and check-in Farm House upon arrival. Evening you can walk around the village. Have dinner and stay overnight at Betini Farm House.
Day 4

Harvesting and Cooking

Wake in the early morning watching cows milking and procedure of making butter (ghee), yoghurt and yoghurt drink in typical Nepali style. After breakfast, explore the nearer village accompanied with the Farm’s staff and discover Himalayan lifestyles and cultures. Then visit vegetables and fruits gardens. Not only vegetables, but also honey and bee-wax harvesting can be shown here. Cooking in a typical Nepali kitchen is another activity liked by most of the visitors. You can discover how spices harmonize with the organic ingredients. Have dinner and stay overnight at Betini Farm House.
Day 5

Pokhara

After breakfast, start 9 hours (210 kms) scenic drive to Pokhara. In the evening visit the Peace Pagoda. This Pagoda overlooks Phewa Lake, Pokhara City and provides great views of mountains; as such it is a great spot for photographers. Stay overnight at hotel in Pokhara.
Day 6

Phewa Lake and Refugee Camp Tour

Early morning drive to Sarangkot (1,592 m) followed by 2.5 Km walk (30 mins) to the former Kaski Fort atop a hill 5 km west of the Pokhara valley. This tiny hill offers magnificent views of the Pokhara valley, the serene Phewa Lake and the different peaks of the Annapurna Range. Drive back to hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, visit the International Mountain Museum. Afternoon: cruise on Phewa Lake. You will find a variety of fishes while boating. It’s hard to escape the draw of Phewa Lake and any visitor with even a few spare minutes should endeavour to take a boat out on the water to fully experience the wonderful views of the reflected mountains. If time permits, you can visit Devi's fall, Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave and Tibetan Refugee Camp. Stay overnight at hotel in Pokhara.
Day 7

Bahari Temple and Chitwan Forest

Early morning you can drive to Peace Stupa for Yoga and Meditation on own. Or we can hike down 30 minutes and cross the Phewa Lake by boating visit the Barahi Temple to observe worshiping of Hinduism. Back to hotel for breakfast and check-out. At 0930 hrs drive 156 km to Chitwan and head to the Nepal’s famous Jungle lodge at the Chitwan National Park. The park is one of the UNESCO designated World Heritage Sites, offers the richest and most spectacular wildlife sightseeing in Asia. Cruise deep into the dense jungle on an elephant back to face the elusive Bengal tigers and single horned rhinos. Evening will be at leisure on a thrilling jungle lodge. Have dinner and stay overnight at a Jungle Lodge in Chitwan.
Day 8

Jungle Safari

Early morning, processed for the jungle activities including Elephant Safari, Canoeing, visit to the Elephant Breeding Center, jeep drive and jungle walk. Evening you can drink local wine at local bar, enjoy dinner and stay overnight at Jungle Lodge.
Day 9

Leisure in Kathmandu

After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu (165 km). Check in at the hotel and free for the rest. Stay overnight at a hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 10

Depart Kathmandu

After breakfast, transfer to airport for onward destination.
