Day 1

Arrival in Kolkata

Our representative will welcome you at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport’s arrival hall after immigration and then transfer to your designated hotel and free for overnight. Stay overnight at a hotel in Kolkata.

Day 2

The Beauty of Kolkata

Morning at 0930 hrs we will start the city tour. Drive by the old heritage building of BBD Bagh and visit the bank of the River Ganga to understand the significance of the mighty river in our life. You will also visit the famous Howrah Bridge, Victoria Memorial, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Mother Teresa’s House and the Headquarter of the Missionaries of Charity. Evening; free for shopping. Stay overnight at a hotel in Kolkata.

Day 3

The City and Museums

After breakfast, visit Jorasanko Tagore Museum, Mothers Wax Museum; Science City and Eco Park. Evening; free at your own. Stay overnight at a hotel in Kolkata.

Day 4

Fly to Bagdogra

After breakfast, transfer to Kolkata Domestic Airport and fly to Bagdogra. Upon arrival, transfer to Gangtok (134 km/ approximately 5 hours drive). Evening; free at your own. Stay overnight at a hotel in Gangtok.

Day 5

Wonderful Gangtok

After breakfast, go for sightseeing: Tashi View point, Ganesh Tak, Hanuman Tak, Chortan (Stupa), Institute of Tibetology, Institute of Handicrafts and Handlooms, Ranka Monastery and Jakhri Waterfalls. Stay overnight at a hotel in Gangtok.

Day 6

Tsomogo Lake

After breakfast, offer you a half day trip to Tsomgo Lake (12400ft), 32 kms from Gangtok City. The lake is considered sacred by the local people. Evening; free at your own. Stay overnight at a hotel in Gangtok.

Day 7

Namchi and Tea Garden

In the morning proceed for a full day trip to Namchi (Chardham), which is 85 km from Gangtok city. En-route you can visit Temi Tea Garden and Samdruptse (Padmasambhava Statue). Stay overnight at a hotel in Gangtok.

Day 8

Depart Bagdogra

After breakfast, transfer Bagdogra Airport for onward destination.
