Then visit the wonderful historical Ahsan Manzil –the palace of Muslim Nawab known as ‘Pink Palace’ and the exotic Sadarghat river port crowded with different type of boats and crafts. Every day thousands of passengers are transported by motor launches to & from far off places in Bangladesh through this river port. You can find here the heritage paddle wheel steamer commonly called as Rocket Steamer Service built during British colonial period still in service and playing very important role for safe transportation. Then take a short drive and visit Armenian Church bears testimony to the existence of a significant Armenian community in the region in the 17th and 18th centuries, Lalbagh Fort –an incomplete but beautiful Mughal fort, Dhakeswari –the state temple of Bangladesh for Hindu Community built by King Ballal Sen in 12th century, historical Curzon Hall –part of the Dhaka University and Central Shahid Minar –the symbol of sacrifice for mother language. If time permits, you can do some shopping at Aarong –the famous handicraft fixed price shop. Most of the products of this shop are made by poor village women. Early morning start for Bogura (200 km/ approx 6 hrs). On the way the guide will offer you to visit Baitur Rouf Mosque at Faidabad, Uttara. The mosque designed by a female architect Marina Tabassum, and awarded by International Aga Khan for its beautiful design. Then visit Pakulla Bazaar and an old Mosque in Tangail. The mosque is not dated by inscription. But on the basis of stylistic similarities with some dated medieval buildings, it may conveniently be dated to late 17th or early 18th century. The mosque is now in a dilapidated condition and cracks have developed on walls and domes. Then drives continue to Bogura through the 11th world’s longest Bangabandhu Bridge. If time permits, visit Mahasthangarh and the Citadel in the afternoon. Stay overnight Bogura.

After breakfast, visit Gokul Medh (2 km far from Mahasthangarh) commonly known as Behula –Lakshmindar’s Basarghar –another interesting site. Then drive to Paharpur (55 km/ approx 2 hrs) and visit the impressive monasteries and the spectacular Buddhist monuments. Sompur Vihara is the treasured heritage of the world which has got the huge monastery with 177 monastic cells including with courtyard. A museum house with the rich collections of recovered objects, black stone sculptures, images of gods & goddess of Hindu epics is worth visiting. After visiting the heritage sites, drive to Rajshahi (120 km/ approx 4 hrs). En-route you may visit Kusumba Mosque built 1558-59 AD during the period of Afghan rule in Bengal. Although built during Suri rule, it is not influenced at all by the earlier Suri architecture of North India and is well grounded in the Bengal style. Stay overnight Rajshahi.

Early morning drive to Puthia known as Temple City. The temple complex consists of a cluster of notable old Hindu temples, King Palace and Dol Manch. The temples have been built in terracotta in a variety of styles combining the typical Jor-Bangla architecture with other influences, were built by Hindu Landlords & Kings of Puthia. Then drive 140 km to Khustia and visit the Shrine of the mystical philosopher and singer Lalon Shah. In Bengali culture, he is considered as an icon of religious tolerance whose songs inspired and influenced many poets, social and religious thinkers including Rabindranath Tagore, Kazi Nazrul Islam and Allen Ginsberg though he "rejected all distinctions of caste and creed". He was both praised and criticized in his lifetime and after his death. A short live concert would be organized for you. After visiting the spiritual place, drive continuously to Jashore (100 km/ approx 3 hrs). Check-in hotel upon arrival and relax for overnight.

After breakfast we will drive to Bagerhat (100 km/ approx 3 hrs) and visit another UNESCO Heritage site 60 Domed Mosque. Visit some other small heritage mosques around the area and the Tomb of Hazrat Khanjahal Ali (founder of the 60 dome mosque). After visiting the mosque city, drive to Mongla (45 km/ approx 1.5 hrs) and board on the cruise boat in the late afternoon. Check-in to the cabin and get fresh. Immediately the boat will start cruising towards Sundarban –the largest mangrove forest of the world. Stay overnight on reserved cruise boat with full board meal.

Enjoy the both side forest view through this long journey. You will find various wildlife including deer, rhesus monkeys, colorful birds especially the great white herons, bald eagles and white or giant crocodiles sunning themselves on the shore during this trip. You may also find the Gangetic Dolphins playing in the river water. We will reach at Kotka forest station in the late morning and visit the Island famous for the Royal Bengal Tiger and various wild animals and birds. After lunch, take a small boat and visit Jamtala Beach. Walk on the beach and this will be a great experience to follow the Tigers on the track through long grass land. Stay overnight on reserved cruise boat with full board meal.

Early morning make a canal cruise watching beautiful birds. Then visit a local village to experience the life leaving in forest range. After early lunch, disembark from the boat at Mongla and immediately transfer to Jessore Airport. Take evening flight for Dhaka. Transfer to hotel upon arrival at Dhaka Domestic Airport and stay overnight.

Today you will explore Jamdani weaving village and Dead City. After early breakfast, drive to Demra (30 km/ 1.5 hrs) and visit Rupshi known as Jamdani Village. Jamdani is a hand loom woven fabric mainly Saris made of cotton, which historically was referred to as Muslin. It is one of the most time and labor intensive forms of hand loom weaving. Most adult weavers’ work as long as 18 hours a day with breaks for meals and prayers. The work itself is very laborious and requires extreme concentration. The expert weavers create the design in his brain during the weaving of the Saris, there is no mechanical technique or written documents involved, nothing is sketched or outlined. The weavers just know the exact number of times to do a certain stitch to combine the yarns to come up with a particular motif. You will find weavers are busy with their looms, creating probably the most exquisite handloom weaves in the world. You will also find women and children of the family are also involved with some stage of the production process. Met the lovely people and experience their lifestyle. After that, drive 20 km to Sonargaon –the ancient capital of Bengal on Turkish Sultanate period during 1280 AD and visit Panam Nagar, one of the most endangered historic sites in the world and is a subject of significant archaeological and artistic interest. Most of buildings suffer from rising damp while biological and insect damage has affected the architectural woodwork. At present there are more than 50 buildings in both sides of a road established in the late of the 19th century. The street is known as a Dead City. The New York-based World Monument Fund included Panam Nagar in its World Monuments Watch List of 100 Most Endangered Sites in 2006. If time permits, the guide will offer you to visit some more sites in Sonargaon –Boro Sardar Bari and Folk-Art Museum. Boro Sardar Bari is one of the old houses at Sonargaon, was built by a rich man Gopinath in Bengali year 1330. The Bangladesh Folk-Arts and Crafts Foundation converted the house to a museum. You will feel the Bengali rural culture while visiting the Folk-Art Museum. The museum was established by Bangladeshi famous painter Joynul Abedin on March 12, 1975. Drive back to Dhaka (40 km/ approx 2 hrs) and stay overnight at hotel.

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your onward destination.
